Krystle Seit is a creative, experienced arts educator, theatre artist, administrator, and program manager. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about arts integration, storytelling, all things theatre and making it, and the arts–accessible to children of all ages and abilities. For close to twenty years Krystle has worked with professional theatres and arts organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region as an actor, educator, costumer, director, and administrator. She earned her BA in Theatre Education with NJ Theatre Teaching Certification for K-12 from Kean University and has had the pleasure of working with children as young as 12 months old, in caregiver/child Creative Play & Story Exploration classes, all the way through seniors in high school and college students. Additionally, she has led professional development workshops for the DC Arts & Humanities Education Collaborative, Premiere Stages, Middlesex County Community College, and Imagination Stage. As a performer, Krystle was last seen playing Jessica in All Out of Spoons with Spoonie Theater and MadisonNow in The Growing Stage’s 8th Annual New Play Reading Festival staged readings of Back Cover. She is also a member of AATE and TYA/USA.

I bring theatre, and all it encompasses, to everything I do. At its core, theatre is telling a story and there are so many ways to tell, and explore a story. I love using theatre as an entry point with students and adults of all ages, whether it is a creative outlet as we explore acting or using theatre to learn about animals and their qualities. The arts are so important and everyone deserves access. Creativity, problem solving skills, and social-emotional learning are all a part of the arts and our lives.
