Daron P. Stewart is an actor, writer, and producer who has performed on stages across the United States and abroad. His credits include national and independent film work, television hosting, VOG at The Kennedy Center, and numerous stage performances. His accolades include Outstanding Performance nominations and a Best Supporting Actor award for his portrayal of Cory in Charlotte Theatre’s production of August Wilson’s stage play Fences. Daron is perhaps best known for his command performance as Langston Hughes in the one-man touring production Soul of Langston. This play, also written by Daron, has entertained audiences nationally at festivals, schools, colleges and universities, churches, libraries, and conferences. Daron also conducts a Soul of Langston Artist Residency that partners academic content with the Arts. Daron is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and ACTORS EQUITY ASSOCIATION (AEA) and founder of NORAD MEDIA, LLC, an independent production company focused on creating, developing, and producing relatable content in the film, TV, stage, and digital platforms.

I used to view Art as a simple means of entertaining. But today, it has become more evident that Art is a VITAL means by which we give voice to diversity and develop a greater understanding of others.
