Yes, And!: Building Bonds and Cultivating Curiosity through Collaboration and Improvisation

It’s time to play! We will harness the power of “Yes, And!” as we interact and engage with young learners and their caregivers. Participants will learn how to use improvisation tools and the collaborative mindset to engage in child-directed play strategies, and enhance interactions between young learners and caregivers while ensuring quality caregiver-to-child connections.

Technical Requirements
  • 10’ x 10’ clear area
  • Access to performance area 1 hour before set up
  • The artist will provide a sound system for audiences of over 50 people or for large rooms/gyms
  • The artist will need a power outlet to plug in the sound system
  • The room needs to have blinds or the ability to block the light at least partially
  • The artist will be in communication about additional technical requirements specific to the program
