Author/Illustrator Timothy Young will read a number of his spooky books with the pictures from the books projected on a screen. He talks about the difference between real and pretend and why we like fun, spooky stuff! Tim will show a number of different ways to draw monsters, aliens and other weird creatures and the students will get to help with creating unique, original characters.
