TAHIRA invites students into The Gift of Story (GOS)—an engaging, interactive assembly designed to nurture social-emotional learning and positive character development. Through stories rooted in the oral traditions of the African Diaspora, students explore themes such as empathy, respect, responsibility, and resilience. Blending storytelling, music, and call-and-response participation, TAHIRA creates a joyful space where students reflect, make connections, and practice positive behaviors.
