Zipper Songs

This lesson will introduce two examples of zipper songs—songs where you change the words and “zip” in new words at a designated part of the song. In these examples, we’ll zip in words connected to actions and movements that help develop gross motor skills and explore how a zipper song can encourage creative thinking and creative musical play.
