Participate in an art exchange with Bel Air’s sister city, Narva, Estonia, by creating an original work of art to celebrate ‘Spring in Our Town’. Children in Narva will also create pieces of art that will be displayed as part of an exhibit in May. Materials will be available to pick up (while supplies last) beginning April 1st and submissions will be accepted in the Children’s Department from April 15th- April 26th.
